1 YEAR: Most Pinnacle non-custom hardware (from the date of shipment).
90 DAYS: Pinnacle workstation / computer models (from the date of shipment).
Purchasers must comply with Pinnacle Technology’s return policy.
Biosensors and sensors have separate warranty terms below.
Biosensor coverage applies only to the customer’s first pre-calibration performed prior to in vivo use.
Eligible Sensors: Standard Pinnacle 90 and 180 μm Glutamate, Glucose, and Lactate sensors are covered by this warranty. Ethanol and custom sensors are not warrantied.
Pre-calibration Requirement: Biosensor warranties only apply to the first pre-calibration performed by the customer prior to in vivo use. Pre-calibrations should be performed as described in the Pinnacle Biosensor Manual.
Voiding Warranty: Mishandling, improper storage, or incorrect calibration may void warranty.
If a covered biosensor does not meet minimum specifications, Pinnacle will replace the biosensor.
For covered hardware defects, Pinnacle will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product.
Upon request, Pinnacle reserves the right to review the customer’s pre-calibration data prior to issuing a replacement.
This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for any covered biosensor defect or failure and the total liability of Pinnacle Technology.
