Tethered FSCV Systems
Measure neurotransmitter release in real time with a turn-key FSCV system built for freely moving animal studies. Designed for seamless implementation, it integrates head-mounted amplification, low-torque commutation, and direct data streaming to the host PC. Optional accessories—including a flow cell, calibration kit, ready-to-use electrodes, surgical tools, and free FSCV software—are available to provide a complete FSCV setup for measuring dopamine and other electroactive analytes in real time.
The FSCV interface box provides access to stimulus lines and transmits data to FSCV software.
A low-torque commutator mounted above the cage allows for unencumbered freedom of movement.
Signals are amplified and filtered at the head of the animal using our headstage, which ensures the delivery of clean, artifact-free data.
Stereotaxically placed guide cannulas allow easy insertion of carbon fiber sensors. Headmounts are affixed to the skull with dental acrylic
and act as a
connection port for the headstage.
Add Pinnacle's video system to correlate changes in analyte concentration with observable behavior.
