Pinnacle periodically updates the firmware required to successfully connect hardware to our software platform. It is essential that users download the correct firmware for their hardware. Uploading the wrong firmware (i.e., 8206 firmware onto an 8401 device) will disable the device.
Device information is located in multiple places, including in the product manual, on the purchase order for the product, and on the device itself. If you are unable to successfully identify your device by the name and product number listed below, do NOT attempt to upload firmware.
