Pinnacle's new VIDEO SYSTEM (#9000-K4) is capable of recording four simultaneous in vivo experiments with synchronized video collection. Synchronized video recording can be ordered as an accessory to new systems or easily integrated with existing Pinnacle acquisition systems. The base video system includes one camera, a pre-configured computer with sufficient hard disk storage for 30 days of continuous recording per experiment, and all necessary cables, software and manuals. Additional recording cameras can be added at a minimal expense.
The color camera Pinnacle offers adds the ability to capture 640x480 pixels of full-motion video at a 30 frames per second. Playback software automatically synchronizes camera video data with recorded EEG/EMG waveforms and biosensor activity to provide an accurate visual representation of animal activity and behavior. Camera mountings on Pinnacle's standard 14" representation of animal activity and behavior. Individual cameras can be moved to record from any angle. Automatic infrared illumination allows for recording in conditions of reduced lighting and complete darkness.
