ETHANOL BIOSENSOR
Pinnacle Technology, Inc. offers an acute ethanol biosensor that is capable of providing real-time changes in ethanol concentration in the brains of rodents. The ethanol biosensor has outstanding performance characteristics and rejects all common electroactive interferents including ascorbate. The ethanol biosensor has an average linear range of at least 25 mM after post-calibration. We have successfully demonstrated that the ethanol biosensor works in vivo, and can provide continuous monitoring of brain ethanol concentration changes for 6-8 hours.
