Donna A. Johnson, President

Ms. Johnson has over 20 years experience in RD&E projects and the management of applied research and engineering projects. Her experience encompasses technical program/project management and planning; environmental regulation, permitting and compliance; strategic planning; market studies; budget analysis; governmental affairs and policy, negotiations and conflict resolution. She has managed programs with over 25 national and international subcontractors. Before opening Pinnacle, Ms. Johnson held positions as Director of Engineering & Research with several small businesses - Meetech and Interchem/Midwest Biofuels; and worked for several federal and state organizations; National Renewable Energy Laboratory, U.S. House of Representatives, Environmental Protection Agency and the University of Connecticut. She has a B.S. in Botany and a M.S. in Botany from the University of Rhode Island and studied for her Ph.D. in Environmental Science at the University of Connecticut.
