Pinnacle was awarded the 1998 Tibbetts Award by the Small Business Administration. The Tibbetts Award is given to "recognize companies for their excellence in producing a unique product that significantly contributes to a particular industry, has a measurable economic impact or strengthens the technological capabilities of the nation's businesses." Sixty-two awards were presented nationally in 1998.
